Question 1

What is Lapsus AI?

Accepted Answer

Lapsus is a Personal Intelligence AI platform that helps you uncover the hidden, recurring patterns behind how you think, feel, and make decisions in your personal and professional life. Through conversations and reflections with your board of four AI personal advisors, it transforms those patterns into personalized, context-aware guidance and actions that help you grow. Rather than simply answering questions in the moment, Lapsus builds a deep understanding of you over time. It identifies the habits, behaviors, emotional responses, and decision-making patterns that influence your life, revealing strengths to build on, blind spots to address, and opportunities for growth. As your Personal Intelligence grows, Lapsus delivers increasingly personalized insights, practical recommendations, and actions that help you make better decisions, overcome recurring challenges, strengthen relationships, advance your career, and create lasting positive change.

Question 2

What is AI personal intelligence?

Accepted Answer

AI personal intelligence is artificial intelligence built to understand you — your recurring patterns of thinking, feeling, and deciding — rather than just answer questions. Where a general chatbot forgets each conversation, AI personal intelligence accumulates your history over time to surface the habits, behaviors, emotional responses, and decision-making patterns that shape your life. Lapsus is a Personal Intelligence AI platform built on exactly this: by reading across your conversations and reflections, it reveals the patterns you can't see on your own — strengths to build on and blind spots to address — and turns them into personalized, context-aware guidance. The more you use it, the deeper its understanding of you grows.

Question 3

What is AI emotional intelligence?

Accepted Answer

AI emotional intelligence is the ability of an AI to recognize, understand, and respond to human emotions — reading the feeling behind what you say and responding with awareness, rather than treating every message as a neutral request. Applied to your own growth, it also means AI that helps you understand your emotional patterns. Lapsus does this by surfacing those patterns over time — what tends to trigger you, how your feelings shape your decisions, and where you react rather than respond — and, through conversations with your board of four AI advisors, turning that awareness into practical ways to work with your emotions instead of being driven by them.

Question 4

How is Lapsus different from ChatGPT or other AI assistants?

Accepted Answer

Most AI assistants focus on answering individual questions, and every conversation starts fresh. Lapsus is designed to learn from your conversations over time. It connects insights across weeks and months to uncover long-term patterns in your thinking, emotions, behaviors, relationships, and decision-making. Rather than acting as a general-purpose chatbot, Lapsus becomes your personal intelligence system — helping you recognize who you are becoming and where you can grow.

Question 5

How does Lapsus work?

Accepted Answer

You simply have conversations about anything that's on your mind. After each conversation, Lapsus summarizes the discussion, identifies key insights, detects recurring patterns over time, highlights opportunities for growth, recommends meaningful actions, and builds a longitudinal understanding of your personal development. The more you use Lapsus, the more accurate and personalized its insights become.

Question 6

Who are the AI advisors?

Accepted Answer

Instead of talking with a single AI, Lapsus brings together a panel of specialized AI advisors, each with a distinct perspective. Together they help you explore difficult decisions, challenge assumptions, understand emotions, think strategically, and consider multiple viewpoints before taking action. The result feels more like a thoughtful discussion than a single AI response.

Question 7

What kinds of topics can I talk about?

Accepted Answer

Anything that's important to you. Common topics include career decisions, relationships, personal growth, family, stress and burnout, leadership, productivity, confidence, major life changes, goal setting, creativity, financial decisions, habits, and daily reflections. There is no 'right' topic — the system becomes more valuable the more authentically you use it.

Question 8

What is Pattern Intelligence?

Accepted Answer

Pattern Intelligence is Lapsus' AI system that discovers recurring thinking, emotional, behavioral, and decision-making patterns across your conversations and reflections with AI personal advisors. Instead of analyzing only a single conversation, Lapsus looks across many conversations to identify recurring themes such as thinking patterns, emotional patterns, decision-making styles, communication habits, personal strengths, blind spots, growth trends, and behavioral changes over time. This longitudinal understanding helps you see patterns that are often difficult to recognize on your own.

Question 9

Is my data private?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your conversations are private and are used to generate personalized insights for your account. Lapsus is designed to help you better understand yourself, and protecting your personal information is a core priority. You remain in control of your conversations and personal data.

Question 10

Is Lapsus therapy?

Accepted Answer

No. Lapsus is not therapy, medical care, or a replacement for licensed mental health professionals. It is a self-reflection and personal intelligence platform designed to help you think more clearly, gain perspective, recognize patterns, and make more intentional decisions. If you're experiencing a mental health crisis or need clinical care, you should seek support from a qualified healthcare professional.

Question 11

Why does Lapsus become more valuable over time?

Accepted Answer

Unlike traditional AI assistants that primarily respond to the current conversation, Lapsus builds a continuously evolving understanding of your personal journey. Over time it can identify recurring challenges, changing priorities, evolving goals, improvements you've made, habits that are helping or holding you back, and opportunities for meaningful growth. Every conversation adds another piece to your personal intelligence.

Question 12

Who is Lapsus for?

Accepted Answer

Lapsus is designed for people who want to become more intentional about how they think, make decisions, and grow — the kind of people who turn to friends and family, journaling, meditation, therapy, coaches, personal development books, or AI chatbots to make sense of things. It is especially valuable for individuals navigating major life decisions, professionals facing career challenges, founders and entrepreneurs, high achievers experiencing burnout, people pursuing personal growth, people navigating relationship challenges, and individuals going through major life transitions. Whether you're facing a major life decision or simply reflecting on your day, Lapsus helps transform everyday conversations into lasting self-understanding.

Question 13

What is an AI personal advisor?

Accepted Answer

An AI personal advisor is an AI system that learns from your conversations over time instead of answering one question at a time. Lapsus connects your conversations and reflections, identifies recurring thinking and emotional patterns, highlights blind spots, and helps you make more intentional decisions through personalized guidance.

Question 14

Is Lapsus an AI life coach?

Accepted Answer

Lapsus is similar to an AI life coach but goes deeper. Instead of offering generic advice, it builds Personal Pattern Intelligence from your own conversations and reflections: four AI advisors help you see recurring patterns, weigh decisions, and act on personalized recommendations grounded in your real life — not a script.

Question 15

Can AI help with decision making?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Lapsus is designed for exactly this. Four AI advisors with distinct perspectives examine your decision, challenge your assumptions, surface the patterns behind how you usually decide, and synthesize a clear picture so you can choose with more confidence.

Question 16

Does Lapsus remember conversations?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Unlike chatbots that start fresh each session, Lapsus remembers and learns from every conversation and reflection, building a longitudinal understanding of your patterns, goals, and growth that makes each new conversation more personal and useful.

Question 17

Can AI help me understand myself?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this is the core purpose of Lapsus. By analyzing your conversations and reflections over weeks and months, your AI personal advisor reveals recurring thinking patterns, emotional patterns, habits, and blind spots that are hard to see on your own, then turns them into practical, personalized guidance.

Question 18

Can AI help me journal?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Lapsus includes AI-guided journaling and reflection: personalized daily prompts grounded in your own conversations, voice or written entries, and AI that connects each reflection to your longer-term life patterns — so journaling produces insight and action, not just entries.
